A commode seat or chaise de commodités with similar five-colour blue-ground foliate decoration and a scene of 'Le Singe astronome', attributed to Rouen, circa 1730, is in the musée de la Céramique, Rouen. An other one is held at the musée du Louvre (OA 3829).
