the moulded arched broken pediment with later giltwood and polychrome cartouche and finials, above two doors with later bevelled mirror plates opening to a cupboard with two shelves covered in modern crimson felt with gold braiding; the slightly bombé slant front opening to an interior with three short drawers and two pigeonholes above a lower serpentine-front section of four long drawers on later moulded block feet; pediment and cornice largely reconstructed incorporating some original elements
