Three Gold Cigarette Cases, Mid-20th Century

all rectangular, the first, unusually large, the wavy engine-turned ground decorated with polished bands, matching cigarette holder to interior, small trumpet mark in a rectangle and 800 standard mark below symbol in upright rectangular cartouche,

Length 4 1/2 in., 11.6 cm;

the second, engraved with a grid pattern to all sides and an applied thumbpiece, maker's mark GJ in an irregular rectangle, further struck 14 in a pentagonal lozenge,

Length 3 3/4 in., 9.5 cm;

the third decorated with a lozenge of chevron engine-turning within a brick pattern, rubbed maker's mark SO (?), small mark of a crown above a number (possibly no. 3),
