Designed as a holly leaf, pavé-set with brilliant-cut diamonds, to the midrib highlighted with brilliant-cut diamonds of yellow tint; pair of ear clips en suite, mounted in 18 karat yellow gold, both signed Van Cleef & Arpels, numbered.
Please note that diamonds of yellow tint have not been tested for natural colour origin.
