Richard Mille has been redefining watchmaking since 1999, pushing the limits of the industry through the use of cutting-edge metal alloys and groundbreaking designs. With a bold vision to reshape the world of luxury sports watches, every Richard Mille timepiece is the result of extensive research and innovative engineering. The RM 65-01, released in 2020, stands as the brand's most complex motorsport-inspired watch to date. Despite its intricate and technical appearance, this extraordinary watch was designed for everyday wear.

At the heart of the RM 65-01 is the caliber RMAC4, an automatic winding movement that took five years of meticulous development and refinement. Among its many technical innovations is a rapid winding mechanism, in addition to the traditional automatic and crown winding functions. By pressing the pusher at the 8 o’clock position, the barrel can be quickly reset, allowing the watch to be fully rearmed after periods of inactivity. Richard Mille’s engineers faced considerable challenges in developing this feature, particularly due to the high torque transfer required. However, the mechanism demonstrated its exceptional durability in rigorous testing, where it was activated thousands of times.

This present RM 65-01 is housed in a titanium case, with both the baseplate and bridges crafted from grade 5 titanium—known for its remarkable strength and lightweight properties. The dial features bold accents of red, blue, orange, green, and yellow, adding a playful touch to the sophisticated gray semi-skeletonized backdrop. We are pleased to offer this exceptional example with its full set of original accessories, including the Warranty, which confirms Tom Brady as the original purchaser.
