Vintage Daytonas are some of the most interesting timepieces for watch collectors. The reference 6263 was discontinued towards the end of the 1980s, and the present example represents one of the later beauties from the collection. A distinctive feature could be found at the middle of the dial, the staggering red text "DAYTONA" popping right in front of one's eyes. Its red text is comparable larger to other Daytonas with red text, gaining it the nickname "Big Red" among collectors.
