Centering a cushion-shaped sapphire weighing 42.82 carats, enhanced with pavé-set brilliant-cut diamonds, size 53.

Accompanied by AGL report no. CS69915, dated 25 August 2015, stating that the sapphire is of Ceylon origin, with no indications of clarity enhancement.
