Designed as a pair of fish each suspending three smaller articulated fish, set with polished amethysts, tourmalines and diopside, enhanced with brilliant-cut diamonds, calibré-cut amethysts, the eyes accented by circular-cut rubies, unsigned, Italian assay marks for gold.

Accompanied by Bulgari Certificate of Authenticity no. RM/0108, dated 12 December 2023, stating that this pair of ear clips was created circa 1991.
