In 1945, on the occasion of its 40th birthday, Rolex presented a model that is still today one of the most famous and popular watches in the world, a piece that is considered as the perfection in its category, the watch many collectors would choose if they had to have only one watch: the Datejust.

This iconic model has been through different evolution, each marked by the change of the reference.

The present model offered in stainless steel with a fluted bezel and black dial is in good condition. Please note that the dial was most likely changed, either by request of the original owner, or at a later date. Indeed, it is a dial for gold pieces on a stainless steel one.
