Rolex introduced the Reference 116334 in 2009. The Datejust II was born. It was a true revolution for the classic line and the first time a non professional Rolex watch would have such a large diameter case, 41mm.
This oversized piece paved the way to a new era for Rolex. While the 116334 has now been discontinued, it was that reference that put the Datejust as well as the non professional models of Rolex in the 21st century.
Thanks to its importance in the modern history of the brand, the 116334 is getting more and more attention from collectors.
