The legendary reference 16520 marks the testimony of the automatic Daytona era and fully executed what is Rolex’s definition of “Oyster Perpetual”. This was where the test dials came in, a pure white canvas without the interference of indexes and subdials, were used by Rolex for chronometer testing.
