Sapphire and diamond ring, Bulgari, circa 1979

Collet-set with a cabochon sapphire stated to weigh 22.99 carats, the shoulders enhanced with calibré-cut diamonds, size 56, signed Bulgari, maker's mark, case stamped Bulgari.

Accompanied by SSEF report no. 133472, stating that the sapphire is of Ceylon origin, with no indications of heating; together with a copy of the original Bulgari memorandum, dated 4 July 1979.
