Each designed as a Chinese dragon's head, pavé-set with brilliant-cut diamonds, supporting a detachable pendant set with a cushion-shaped sapphire weighing 8.90 and 8.71 carats respectively, framed by brilliant-cut diamonds, post and hinged back fittings, signed Hemmerle, maker's mark, case stamped Hemmerle.

Accompanied by SSEF report no. 130653, stating that the sapphires are of Ceylon origin, with no indications of heating.
