The present lot is accompanied by a Vacheron Constantin Certificate of Authenticity confirming the original date of manufacture in 1856. The hunting case celebrates the firm's incredible handcraft skills. One lid is decorated with a peinture sur émail rendering of a Suisse mountain scene. To the reverse a polychrome burst of flowers in bright pinks and blues.
