款識：殘詩自減牛腰重，官焙長留鳳尾香。餘齋居士。

鈐印：「曾植印信」、「海日廔」。

藏印：「龍天眾聖君慈護」、「先文誠公遺墨沈氏子孫永寶」。 

來源：沈曾植哲嗣沈熲舊藏。

沈熲（1898-1963），字慈護，曾任職稅務局，後投身工商界。先後將家藏書畫、碑帖、手稿等逾千件捐贈浙江省博物館，本聯上鈐藏印兩方，可知屬其自藏，寶愛甚矣！
