decorated by Marc Louis Solon, incised signed L. Solon, of flask form, with a cylindrical neck flanked by gilt enriched lug handles, decorated with either a male or female figure, standing before a ionic column pedestal supporting a small putto, the shoulder with arabesque ornament in olive-green and pale-blue slip, enriched in gilding, the foot with diaper pattern, crowned globe MINTONS ENGLAND mark in gold, impressed MINTONS mark, shape number 1348
