after the 18th century model, modelled as a wooden keg surmounted by a seated Bacchus among grapevine wearing a leopard skin, the separate rocaille stand painted with flowers, edged in gilding and pale-blue, affixed with a putti at each of the three feet, crossed swords marks in underglaze-blue, to stand incised numeral C. 49., impressed numeral 49, painted numeral 79. to both
