of faceted baluster form, the top hung with leafy swags centred with sapphire cabochons within rose diamond frames, plain polished gold mounts to each tier, the top of the stem decorated with a border of almond-shaped emeralds alternating with rose diamond-set crescent moon arches, the front and reverse of the stem applied with an emerald cabochon within petal-shaped rose diamond frame and gold-mounted rose diamond-set leaves, octagonal foot set with an openwork border featuring fan-shaped elements to each corner, the base velvet-lined, apparently unmarked
