Description

the European single-edged fullered steel blade inlaid in gold with Arabic and Persian inscriptions along the spine in elegant naskh and nasta'liq, one side of the blade with gold inlaid royal parasol (chhatri), the other side with maker's stamp, later parcel-gilt hilt with baluster grip, broad cross-guard, elongated langets and disc pommel, chiselled and chased with foliate and floral decoration
