Arabic manuscript on paper, 338 leaves, plus two fly-leaves, 17 lines to the page written in ghubari in black ink, ruled in gold and black, surah headings in thuluth in gold, text divisions marked by marginal inscriptions in red, f.1b and f.2a illuminated in gold and polychrome framing text, in Ottoman gilt brown leather with flap, red leather doublures
