Haotian Liu was born in Taiyuan City, Shanxi Province, China, in 1994. He studied at the China Academy of Art, the Beijing Academy of Fine Arts, and the Lviv National Academy of Arts in Ukraine. He is currently a distinguished painter of the Wu Guanzhong Art Museum, a painter of the Youth Painting Academy of Li Keran Painting Academy, a member of the American Portrait Painting Association, a director of the Artists Committee of the Chinese Cultural Management Association, a director of the Sino-Hungarian Artists Association, a member of the Shanxi Artists Association, and a member of the Taiyuan Artists Association. He is a member of the European and American Alumni Association, a member of the China Minority Art Promotion Association, a researcher at the Headquarters of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Painting Academy, a member of the Oil Painting Committee of the Beijing Academy of Painting and Calligraphy, and a visiting professor of calligraphy and painting at Beijing Modern Management University.
