Designed to capitalise on the uproar following the infamous TV interview with Bill Grundy, this poster uses genuine press cuttings as with the press kits (see lot nos. 8, 13, 24 and 27) largely compiled by Sophie Richmond who ran the Glitterbest office). The increasingly hysterical press reaction to the Sex Pistols from this moment led to the cancellation of many of the Anarchy tour dates, and EMI eventually paid the Pistols off in January 1977.
