3¾-inch bronze dial with enamel cartouche numerals and decorated to the centre with three gilt comical characters, the bell striking movement with Brocot escapement and suspension, stamped to the backplate Roblin & Fils Freres, A Paris, 21643, the drum mounted within an oval plinth base supported by four winged Caryatids with paw feet and surmounted by classical female figiure accompanied by a child carrying a figure of Punchinello, signed to the plinth F. Barbedienne Fondeur Paris; together with a pair of conforming five-light candelabras
