Nike

This 2011 Nike SB 'Levi’s' sample was produced in a unique collaboration between Nike SB and the famous denim company Levi’s. 

Like the 2012 release, this 2011 sample is dressed in a Dark Obsidian denim upper with heel stitching and a white midsole. However, this sample Dunk differs with details that include contrasting yellow laces, gold embroidered Nike heel tabs and an obsidian outsole. The release edition also featured a Swoosh with yellow accent stitching, while this sample pair does not. In addition, the shoes are sample stamped on the sockliner and come with a Feng Tay sample tag indicating the factory of production. 

Samples are sneakers made by the manufacturer either for promotional purposes or for testing various aspects of a design. They are far rarer than the general release pairs.
