There acquired. 

The prime version of this composition is a portrait by Sir Anthony Van Dyck that he painted during his early Italian period, most likely in Genoa around 1621-1623.1 That portrait, which may have once formed part of the collection of the Marchesa Lomellini Durazzo in Genoa, last appeared on the market in 2013-2014.2
