"Pane" Chair

2006

polyester-elastomer fiber

30 x 34 x 33 in. (76.2 x 86.4 x 83.8 cm)

Overall in very good condition. The chair presents surface irregularities throughout inherent to the experimental material and to the innovative production process. The front and rear of the chair present with visible vertical and horizontal seams, inherent to production and not visually distracting. The proper right front corner presents with a minor indentation to the polyester-elastomer fiber measuring approximately 6 in. long, not visually distracting. A truly sculptural chair created through scientific and technological innovation.
