rectangular with rounded corners, the lid later applied with a midnight blue enamel panel set with an enamel portrait miniature of King George IV when Prince Regent, by Henry Bone, in a floral gold frame, within an oval wreath of oak leaves and acorns, engine-turned ground and slightly waisted sides, fully hallmarked
