A pair of George III octagonal brass-bound mahogany wine coolers, circa 1780, in the manner of Mayhew and Ince


the rosewood crossbanded tops enclosing lead-lined fitted interiors with a leather strap over a brass hinge, the tapering sides with brass bands and carrying handles above oval boxwood-strung flamed mahogany panels, each stand inlaid with satinwood fluting on reeded square tapering legs with brass cappings and castors
