The harvest started on 23 September for the Cabernet Sauvignon - the Sangiovese is usually picked a week after. Wonderful black fruit on the nose. Loganberries. The tannic structure is covered with fruit. Youthful, with a touch of peppermint. Serena Sutcliffe, MW
