• Movement: unsigned gilded, cylinder escapement, plain flat three-arm balance, two polished steel hammers repeating on coiled gongs
• Dial: silver engine-turned, satin finished chapter ring with Roman numerals, outer minute ring, gold moon hands, recessed subsidiary seconds
• Case: gold, engine-turned back and bezel, engine-turned band, pendant locking slide at 2 o'clock, gilt-metal cuvette signedRoppen, à Paris, Hr. Mcien de S. M. Le Roi De Prusse, Rue Nve St Augustin, No. 9, case back numbered 7937, 40555 and with French control mark for 1819-1838 and maker's mark CC within a lozenge-shaped cartouche, pendant with French control mark for 1822-38
