This work is in very good condition overall. The sheet is laid down to the canvas. The turning edges of the canvas are lined with black tape which is slightly lifting at the edges. There are artist’s pinholes to the corners of the sheet. The sheet is loose from the canvas in the lower left quadrant; the resulting area has slight undulation with a soft crease along its upper section. There is minor handling wear to the extreme edges of the sheet including pinpoint losses to the pigment along the upper and left edges, and pinpoint losses to the four corners. visible upon close inspection. There is a ⅛ inch tear to the lower right edge of the sheet, visible upon close inspection. There is a ⅝ inch tear to the right of the initial D with associated pinpoint loss at the extreme edge. Framed without glazing.
