FLOWN Inflight Coverall Jacket, part number BW-1060-002, serial number 1039, manufactured by B. Welson Co. in the United States of America, 18 December, 1968.
Teflon-coated Beta cloth with snaps at wrists, waist, collar, and front opening. Manufacturer's label at inside neck reading "Coverall, Jacket / BW-1060-002 / Size: ML S/N: 1039 / Contract No.: NAS 9-8309 / Date of Mfg.: 12-18-68 / Mfg. By: B. Welson Co." Plastic reinforced medical connector port and NASA "Meatball" logo affixed to proper right chest, Apollo 11 Mission Emblem and name tag reading "E. Aldrin" affixed to proper left breast, United States flag affixed to proper left shoulder, item number BW-1060-002, serial number 1039.
