The twin figures stand side by side with arms bent to the side and holding the braided vertical bands, perhaps representing serpents or snakes. The figures are within the broad horizontal bands top and bottom, a style typical of certain Diquís pendants. The nine rectangular dangles projecting forward partially obscure the figures for a mysterious effect, as the figures most likely represent deceased warriors or ancestors by their openwork limbs and bodies and large circular pierced eyes. They are adorned solely by a braided headband and waistband.
