formed of a deep bowl with an everted rim, raised on three high baluster feet, crisply cast around the exterior with meandering mythical beast, some areas covered with cupric and malachite oxidisation

There do not appear to have any recent restorations or repairs to the vessel. There is some corrosion obscuring
the cast details in some areas under the rim but these have been well stabilised.
