the sixty-two plate bowl with raised rivets, copper-gilt tehen kanamono, the iron peak with red lacquer underside, the fukigaeshi [turnbacks] in black lacquer with Oda mokko mon [Oda clan melon-shaped crest] in gold hiramaki-e on a black ground, the shikoro [neck guard] of five tiers with spaced lacing, vajra maedate
The bowl to peak: 30 cm., 12 in
The shikoro to peak: 38 cm., 15 in.
Some old wear and damage to the shikoro and underside of peak, some wear to lacing, lining worn consistent with age and use of object.
