Black & white photograph, 16 x 20 in., SIGNED and INSCRIBED in silver ink by Lunar Module Pilot Fred Haise: "Okay. Right now, Houston, the / voltage is - is looking good, and / we had a pretty large bang associated / with the CAUTION & WARNING there. / And as I recall, MAIN B was the one / that had had an amp spike on it / once before. / Fred Haise / Apollo 13 LMP / April 14, 1970"
A view of the severely damaged Apollo 13 Service Module (SM) as photographed from the Lunar Module/Command Module (CM). An entire panel on the SM was blown away by the explosion of an oxygen tank.
