Framed: 79 by 125.5cm, 31 by 49¼in.


Executed circa 1929-1930

The board is slightly bowed. The corners show signs of wear and there is a small loss to the top right corner. Pinholes are visible along the top edge. There is a horizontal scratch of approximately 11.5cm at the upper left edge with associated losses. There are small nicks and scratches in places. There is fine craquelure to the yellow and orange pigments in the sky, with associated minor paint losses just above the boat. Frame abrasions with associated paint losses are visible along the edges, most notably along the bottom edge. Framed and held behind plexiglass.
