A group of cut and engraved goblets and drinking glasses, Various dates, late 17th and 18th centuries


comprising: a goblet cut with Hochschnitt and Mattschnitt, circa 1700, the thistle-shaped bowl supported on a spreading foot, with bands of stiff leaves, jeweling and beading, 17.5cm. high; a domed cover cut in a similar manner, circa 1700, 13.5cm. high, 12.5cm. wide; a further cover engraved with stiff leaves, 11.5cm. high; a goblet and cover engraved with a continuous frieze of a gentleman firing at a target below an inscription, 22cm. high; a monogrammed wine-glass, the conical bowl with the crowned monogram AR, on a baluster stem with translucent ruby threads, 14.5cm. high; another monogrammed wine-glass, probably Bohemian, the round-funnel bowl engraved with the crowned monogram FR,

17cm. high; and a goblet with engraved thistle bowl and baluster stem, 21.6cm. high
