Showa period, 20th century


each a woodblock print, sumizuri-e, from the series Ten Great Disciples of the Buddha (Shaka judai deshi), signed in pencil to the lower right in Japanese Shiko and in Roman script Munakata, sealed Hogan Muna Shiko, and with artist's pencilled pine needle and field chrysanthemum (nogiku) mark, and comprising:

- Katyayana (Kasennen no saku)

- Anniruddha, Master of Supernatural Vision (Anaritsu no saku)
