signed in Cyrillic and dated 66 l.l.; further titled, numbered N355 and dated on the reverse

oil and gold leaf on canvas

Canvas: 80 by 99.5cm, 31½ by 39¼in.

Framed: 81.5 by 101cm, 32¼ by 39¾in.

Original canvas. The corners have slightly worn through. There is craquelure and paint shrinkage in places, most noticeably along the top edge where there is an associated loss below the centre of the top edge. Abrasions with minor associated losses are visible along the edges. There is a layer of surface dirt. Inspection under UV light reveals no obvious signs of retouching. Framed. Unexamined out of frame.
