Please note the color and shades in the online catalogue illustration may vary depending on screen settings. This photograph, on Agfa paper, is in generally excellent condition. The following are visible: a gentle handling crease at the upper margin; a 1/2-inch crease at the lower left margin corner; and minor edge and corner wear. The sheet is gently rippled at the upper edge. On the reverse there is a faint smudge near the upper right edge. The 'A Diane Arbus Photograph' label is adhered to the upper right corner and has yellowed somewhat. There are hinge remnants along the upper edge. Written in an unidentified hand in pencil is '27 [illegible] / 5 [circled] 1 1/2 [illegible].'
