Original canvas. The work is in generally good overall condition. There is some flattening and rubbing to some of the impasto tips. Some isolated areas of craquelure, including to an area of white pigment upper centre and a few spots to the red pigments. Some areas of paint separation lower centre. There is some minor rubbing to the extreme edges. For an ultraviolet light report please contact the department. Held in a painted and gilt wood frame.
