The former New England Center for Contemporary Art (NECCA) in Brooklyn, Connecticut was founded by farmer Henry Riseman (1913-2008) and his artist wife Marion Riseman (1928-2010) from the proceeds of their sale of Tiffany at Sotheby’s in 1975.
