Overall in very good condition. The wooden surfaces appear to have been reconditioned at some point in the history of the piece and present with light surface scratches throughout and minor abrasions concentrated to the edges, consistent with gentle use. The wooden surfaces with light surface scratches and edge wear throughout as well as occasional and scattered paint marks concentrated to the back of the sideboard. The painted metal surfaces present with light surface scratches and occasional very minute dimples concentrated to the edges consistent with gentle use. The paint with scattered and small areas of discoloration throughout which are common for such works by Jean Prouvé. Two adjustable shelves and seven metal shelf pegs are provided. This lot is offered together with a copy of the certificate of authenticity from Patrick Seguin dated 2018.
