the well hollowed tapering ovoid body carved in high relief around the exterior of the rim with a large chilong looking at its young which forms the handle, all amidst a ground of swirling ruyi clouds continuing over the domed cover, the stone a pale celadon-white tone with russet inclusions, wood stand
Height 9.8 cm, 3⅞ in.
There is a circa 2mm., wide bruise to the edge of the rim on the cover.
