upright baluster form with lobed sides, the first of chocolate brown colour, the lid set with a carnelian-coloured agate cabochon within gold claw mounts, above a scalopped rim engraved with stylised leaves; the second similarly constructed, of pale grey colour with silver-gilt mounts and beaded border, the lid set with a grey agate cabochon; both with engraved pierced grilles
