elaborately decorated with raised gilt-foliate scrollwork, the powder-pink rims reserving flowerheads, the pale-yellow centers reserving a central flowerhead surrounded by three lyre motifs, gilt manufacturing marks, gilt-retailers mark for B. Altman & Co., New York, impressed marks, numeral C 3170 in iron-red.
