Alejandro Rosemberg, born in Argentina, 1981, was trained in the classical methods of Italian painting; as his master was a direct disciple of Riccardo Tommasi Ferroni. He also obtained a degree in Fine Arts and furthered his education at the Grand Central Academy of New York. Passionate about teaching, Alejandro runs the most successful academic atelier in Argentina and offers workshops around the world as well as online classes for an international audience. His works have been included in important museums such as the Museum of European Modern Art (MEAM) Barcelona, Spain, and the National Museum of Fine Art (MNBA) in Buenos Aires, Argentina. His paintings have been distinguished with international awards such as Third Place in Premis d’Art Autocugat, (International Painting Contest) in 2010, First Place in “The Artist’s Magazine” art competition, in 2010 and 2011, Third Place in the “International Artist Magazine” competition (Challenge 74), and numerous awards in the Art Renewal Center’s International Salon Competitions over the years, receiving awards in the 2014/2015, 2017/2018, 2019/2020 and 2020/2021 competitions. Alejandro is represented by Principle Gallery (VA, USA). His works have been published in prestigious publications such as “The Artist’s Magazine,” “American Art Collector,” “Ophelia Art Magazine” and the Los Andes Newspaper.” He has exhibited in numerous locations including: Sotheby’s LA, Pablo Serrano Museum (Saragoza, Spain), Arnot Art Museum (New York), Oscar Niemeyer Museum (Curitiba, Brazil), Salmagundi Club, NYC, the Museum of European Modern Art (MEAM), Kunst10Daagse in Bergen, the Netherlands among other venues.
