Description

New Mexico

Constitution of the State of New Mexico. Adopted by the Constitutional Convention, held at Santa Fe, N.M., from October 3 to November 21, 1910 (caption title). [Santa Fe?: n.p., 1910]

8vo (229 x 154 mm). Revisions inserted on printed slips throughout, presumably for delegates to the convention, occasional marginalia in blue pencil; light creasing and soiling. Self-wrappers, stapled as issued; a few chips, staining around staples. Housed in a maroon cloth slipcase with folding cloth chemise.

Very likely the first printing of the New Mexico state constitution.
