huile sur toile

Peint en 1892.

L'authenticité de cette œuvre a été confirmée par la Galerie Brame & Lorenceau.

This work has been examined framed. The canvas is not lined. There is a thick and uneven varnish preventing UV light from fully penetrating, however examination under UV light appears to reveal a small spot of retouching to the upper right quadrant and a few small lines of retouching along the extreme edges notably to the lower left corner. There is a small dent to the upper left quadrant. There is some frame rubbing associated with minor paint loss along the extreme edges. There are minor lines of craquelure in places and surface is a bit dusty. This work is in overall very good condition.
